GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The offer and sale of products on the website edengin.it are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. For any other information, see the sections: Shipping, Secure Payments, Privacy. The Customer is required, before sending his purchase order, to carefully read these general conditions of sale. Sending the purchase order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both the aforementioned general conditions of sale and of what is indicated in the Order Form. The Customer is required, once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, to print and keep these general conditions of sale and the relative order form, already viewed and accepted.
SITE REGISTRATION
In order to purchase and view the prices of products on sale on edengin.it, the Customer must register on the site or log in.
The Customer is prohibited from entering false and/or invented and/or imaginary names in the online order procedure and in further communications. The Seller reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of consumers.
Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, the Customer exonerates edengin.it from any liability arising from the issuing of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer when placing the order online, the Customer being solely responsible for their correct insertion.
PROTECTION OF MINORS
edengin.it does not sell wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 years of age. The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 years of age and may request an identity document to verify age. By placing an order through this website, the Customer guarantees to us that he or she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
PRODUCTS
All products sold on edengin.it are present in our warehouse. Each product for sale is associated with a photograph of the same. Due to variations in the packaging (e.g. change of year, restyling of the label, etc.) the photographs may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product. The actual availability of a product is indicative, as more than one Customer may purchase it at the same time. In the event that a product is no longer available after the purchase, edengin.it will propose to the Customer the replacement with a similar product or may renounce the sale, refunding the Customer the amount paid.
PRICES
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all prices of Products and shipping costs indicated on the website edengin.it are to be considered VAT included and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is always usually that indicated by the website at the time of transmission of the Order via the Internet. The prices of Products and shipping costs may vary without prior notice. We therefore invite the Customer to check the final sale price before sending the relevant Order.
ORDER EVASION
Once the contract has been concluded, edengin.it will send the Customer, by email, an Order Confirmation, containing a summary of the information already contained in the Order. The possibility remains for edengin.it, before sending the Order Confirmation, to request from the Customer, by email or at the indicated telephone number, further information with reference to the Order sent via the Internet. edengin.it may not process purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on your Order, specifying the reasons. In this case, the sum previously committed to the Customer's payment method will be released. If the products, presented on the website, are no longer available or on sale after the Order has been sent, edengin.it will take care of communicating to the Customer the possible unavailability of the Products ordered. In this case

PAYMENTS

SHIPPING
Shipments are entrusted to specialized couriers and delivery, depending on the destination area of the goods, can take place within a period of time ranging from 24 hours to 4 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances. To find out how shipping works and costs in detail, we invite you to read the Shipping page, or you can contact our Customer Service. All shipments are insured and we undertake to deliver them to the courier as quickly as possible. For shipments to the Minor Islands and the Venice Lagoon, contact Customer Service BEFORE placing your order.
IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If at the time of delivery your order is visibly damaged by the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained by wine leaking from any broken bottles) you can:
– If there are multiple packages, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's delivery note "With Reserve". We will then take care of returning the damaged package and sending it back to you.
– If it is a shipment of a single package, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment. In the event that the broken product is out of stock, you will be contacted for a possible replacement or for a refund of the sums paid. Any shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to the sender and the redelivery of the new one are paid by edengin.it.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases on edengin.it are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees the Customer the right of withdrawal, for any reason. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the delivery of the purchased products.
CONDITIONS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Returned products must be intact, possibly in the original packaging. Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, you must send an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
– invoice number
– order number
– order date
– the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the article code
– your bank details (IBAN code) for the refund
Subsequently, the Customer must wait for the return authorization communication from our Customer Service and within 15 days of receiving it, he/she must send the products subject to withdrawal to the following address:

These shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer.
edengin.it will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs. In general, for anything not expressly written, the legal provisions regarding distance contracts apply. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
